One of the worst airports Ive ever been too. The service is slow and rude, just a terrible experience as well as them knowing I'm military still had zero respect.

Absolutely terrible, me and 4 other passengers spend 45 mons waiting on someone to check us in at the front desk just to miss are flight and be greeted with rude comments and the worse customer service ever. How to make this a better place to fly from. Step1. Fire the fat woman and old secuity guard.Step2. Hire better employee and have a full time desk person.

Nice friendly service, it is an airport so you can only expect so much. The Wikipedia entry is incorrect, it states the airport is 2 miles south of Lawton, where as it is not even the southern most point in Lawton.

This is a joke of an airport. TSA Pre-Check is only allowed to be used 1 hour out from the time of a flight. After that, it goes to normal TSA security procedures completely defeating the purpose of TSA Pre-Check. The security is super super slow here. It took about 45 mins for 20 people to clear through security. Every 7 out 8 bags were flagged for additional screening. There was only one lady conducting additional screening on the flagged bags. There was an issue with another individual's baggage and the entire line was held up for 20+ mins while one lady worked the issue creating a bottleneck leaving passengers just standing at the X-Ray machine and conveyor belt. TSA employees were audibly complaining about being understaffed even though there were at least 3 standing around.
