Since new management has went down hill, not staff fault they do their job is the management, management is rude, can't bowl comfortably anymore is a sweat house, the food selection is poor, have taken all the options off the menu that use to have and now there is no variety and have kept same prices but not same quanity for what little they do have left on the menu. At least half staff that had been there is gone due to poor changes that have been made by the new management. If your trying to improve business you may want get back out your management book and take a look due to changes you have made are hurting the establishment and putting bad name out their and hindering your service's. My family use to go there at least 3 days a week to bowl and eat and drink, league night, family night and a practice night, but now due to changes in food menu which is like a" normal high school concession stand " we go once a week because league uses this facility.
Fun and friendly. Was here with my son who is in tge army anf his buddies and we had a great time.
The place seems a little dirty but they do host parties and events. It's a good place for teens and adult.
