Great place with friendly staff. I have the top VIP pass which is awesome because if you use it three times it has paid for itself. Also anytime your vehicle is dirty you can get it washed any day every day.
Wonderful carwash, they even hand dry your vehicle. Also has free vacuums.
Asides from the rushed customer service (even though there was no one behind me or anything), the facility itself is wonderful! Car looks great and the free vacuuming stations are plentiful and efficient!
Don't EVER go to this car wash. They will mess up your car and then try to say they aren't responsible. Poor management. They have a 2 hour break, what kind of customer service is that?! I'm not one to complain, BUT this is not my responsibility. My car is new. Manager tells me to bring him an invoice, so I tell him I would be right back (not even gone 20 mins) and he goes on break? WTH??
The wash system itself is still great. The towel drying when first started was great, it just keeps getting worst. There is a serious lack of supervision for standards for those individuals. They are on their cell phones, cursing out loud when talking too each other, too much horse playing. It creates a very uncomfortable atmosphere, just wish it would get better or get back to its original standards.
