This is the worst store to shop by far!! You can't really shop without being asked numerous of times if you need help, as if you're stealing. Returning items at this store is a hassle. I was told that I had to return the items I bought to the store I purchased it from. The associate said, the store manager is not allowing returns bought outside their dillards to be returned. I'd rather drive hours to shop at this one!!
I wish I could give it a ZERO. The so called manager Will Bye is a joke of a manager. He needs to go get some training on how to deal with people. He acted so unprofessional with me. Dillard's employees need to understand that 9 times out of 10 most of the time the only time the store even have customers is when they have the extra off. I'm a big time MACYS shopper and will continue to support them. I spend close to $15,000.00 a year in the stores and so now that I will NEVER shop in DILLARDS again then take about 2,000-3,000 off of that. The other manager I don't know Mike Myer is some kind of manager. Kept trying tell me that we had different Christmas trees when we picked them up and compared them and they were the same. The lady came to customer service to tell them we had the same item and she was charged $50.00 less then me. I gave them every bit of the $1,068.13 that I had bought that day back. I don't need it. I wasn't finished spending yet! Oh yeah I had to get a dollie and take my tree out and Mike told me which way to go. I loaded it by myself. When it came to the others theirs was taken out for them. But Will is a joke and he caught me on a very good day. Because if he had done that any other day oh well....You'll need to get NEW MANAGEMENT in this store before you have to put going out of business on the doors. Mr. Bye threw a bag a clothes at me because I told him that a small crock pot that was in my truck didn't belong to Dillard's. His attitude was really uncalled for and if this is how I'm going to be treated then I will take my money somewhere else.
This is my favorite Dillard's. This store is full of great merchandise at great prices . I always find a wonderful bargain at this Dillard's. I have always received outstanding customer service.
Great costumer service in men's suits and tailoring both times I've bought one. Needed one for a funeral tailored and they took care of it the day of purchase!
I encountered a very nice and friendly Customer Associate today by the name of Kay. She was very patient and knowledgeable of Dillard's women's department and the visit was very refreshing.
