I came in for a health concern that was very worrying. The PA acted like they had no clue what they were doing. I was told I would receive a call after lab work came back to discuss a plan of action. The lab results were in and I could see on my patient portal that everything was normal. I never received a phone call. Once I finally spoke to someone I was told they do not call you back if your results are normal. However, my health condition was still occurring and no plan had been made. Not helpful and very frustrating.
Dr. Mark Cotton is very good...been seeing him most of the last 23 years...he even listens to what a patient says!
The Nurse Practioner is always in a hurry and doesn't listen to you very well, and the wait is ridiculous even with an appointment. Things don't get done on a timely manner such and prescription refills and sending important documents to insurances or other places. Some of the staff slack off even the practitioner
Great Doctor and good guy! He treats the whole person. He treats me as a person not just "the next patient." I have been a patient of Dr. Cotton for at least 10 years.
Dr kenda is amazing ... i have a special needs child and she is the only dr he will see without a meltdown
