Went for sonogram at 730 this morning and was there 3 1/2 hours still didn't see doctor
The front desk personnel are unprofessional, and rude. I would imagine as a healthcare employees they would be compassionate, welcoming and if they weren't they would fake it for the patient. I work in the healthcare field I do know that we have our days, however we are to never show that to the patient. Retraining is mandatory for these clerks!! Get a different job if you don't like it.
