They can get busy on family/grad days but it's worth it when you know they'll help find the best plan for you instead of going to specific provider who's going to give you an impartial view.
Great place to go when your deciding on cell providers. They can set you up with and help you compare with all the major cell providers. I came here to replace my phone under the bestbuy warranty, they got me a gift card for the full price of the phone so I was able to get a new phone and multiple accessories for the same price.
Prices are higher on some things there compared to the Best Buy store in OKC and WF. And they don't honor the extended warranty on things. They told me I would have to go to a real Best Buy store. For REAL?!? Pretty sucky. So me and my wife are going all of the way to Wichita Falls to get new phones instead of Lawton.
