Ashly is pretty much the best customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life!
I was very impressed with the greeting I received when I came into this T-Mobile. Nataly, Ashly, Nicole, Tamara and Omar were very welcoming and took care of my problem in a timely manner. Ashly inperticular was very helpful. Thank you all for the great service!

I just want to say T-Mobile has terrible service in this area and the people who work there will lie out there teeth to lie about it. Insurance with T-Mobile was the worst that i've delt with. We had to get a phone replaced and had to pay $175 for another Iphone 7 Plus, just as we was leaving Tmobile. The phone that we got from the insurance had muffled sound and they couldnt do anything about it cause we already left. I do not recomend Tmobile.
