friendly and helpful staff when I stayed there ( maybe cuz I'm an Okie too?!) NO shower & small parking lot- only about 20 spaces for big rigs. if they added 3 or 4 showers I'd give it another star. get there before dark to get a spot !
The parking lot is very small and hard to maneuver with an 18 wheeler, poorly designed and executed definitely one of the worst locations we have seen.
Hopefully there will be some improvement.
Warning do not fuel here. No Showers, have to blind side just to park, nasty as$ subway, have to swing xtra wide just to fuel at the fuel pumps, no tv, No scales.. SUCKS lucky burger King & Sonic next door...
Employees are always very friendly and they ve a Subway to and they have all sorts of snacks n drinks n they coffee also
For a Love’s this place is small no showers bathroom is small and parking is limited and tight and only three fuel pumps for trucks lets just say I won’t be back here anytime soon or at all if I can help it
Given the bad reviews I just read you'd assume something would be done about this location. I met my husband who is an over the road driver and hasn't seen our kids in weeks at that loves while he was passing through and it was his fuel stop. The location is extremely over crowded and poorly designed. The young lady who worked tonight, Caucasian, blonde was very rude and mean mugging all four of us and made us feel very unwelcome. Piece of advice, if you hate your job....there are plenty of people who would do it for you instead! You were rude to all of your customers and you are lucky that I was raised with manners to not ask to speak to your manager and get you written up. As a former manager this type behavior would have been unacceptable in my store. Having a little compassion on people who make their living being away from their families would be very much appreciated. Try thinking outside your little box.
