I happened to find this place while trying to find a granite top for my bathroom vanity. From the first time I walked in until I picked up the finished product I recieved unsurpassed service from the friendly staff. This was by far the best service experience that I have had in the past decade. The cost was almost half the price that I had been quoted just a half hour earlier at another shop and the quality was second to none. I will be visiting again for my wood floors and granite kitchen countertops, hopefully soon. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had. Would not recommend. Very very nice and friendly but I was told many lies and the work was not done in a timely fashion or done completely. I was charged to move appliances that I had to move and have to reconnect and move back, Had excuses for that, I don't mind doing it but don't want to be charged for it and have to do it myself. What should have taken two days max has now taken ten days and I will have to finish it myself because they are done. When I called to complain about the work not being finished I was told "oh we don't do that". The mistake I made was paying in full ahead of time because they were a local business owner and I was trying to do the right thing. Again very nice people but the service during and after the sale leave much to be desired. I wish I would have gone somewhere else. I have one tile that I will have to remove and redo because it sticks up about an 1/8 of an inch higher than the surrounding tile. It just happens to be in the center of the walk way too. Again very nice people just no concern from the owner about my complaints.
