This place is always a little messy and unsanitary. They put my spouse into a chair with the previous customer's hair all over it. They left him in a chair with shampoo on his head for about twenty minutes. The stylist who greeted us pointed at the sign when we asked about services. She didn't say a word. My spouse is disabled and wasn't able to understand the sign. The person had no way of knowing this, but this was very rude of her not to say a word. Fyi, the rude person is not pictured.
