I have been with this office for a little over a yr. I must say that I have had no problems and the employees are super nice and do whatever they can to help. I say get your insurance through Fred Cheek!!!
I'm furious! Ive been trying to rebuild my credit the past few years, and I was told they offer auto loans so the agent at Fred Cheek's office offered to do a soft pull and see if I could get preapproved...which I was not. Even worse. I just reviewed my credit and without my knowledge, they completed a hard pull instead, dinging my credit. When you're in this position of rebuilding, even a few points count, but I feel lied to as I was told a soft pull would be done while they turned around and did a hard pull. Now I have to disputed this with the credit bureau, and I will also be filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission as this was totally unauthorized!!
If anyone I know is looking for insurance, I will recommend that they go see Mr. Cheek and his staff on Cache Road!
