At first I was nervous because I didn't really get to see Caudle but when it came to my court date he was awesome! He was straight to the point and we won. I highly suggest him. Joyce is amazing as well, she's not just a "legal aid", she stayed on top of my case and situation, patty is his secretary and so sweet!
Mr. Caudle is too busy to be accessible, and you end up either dealing with his legal aid, Joyce, or his secretaries. His office promised updates and to keep us informed, and we were rarely updated at all. When his office personnel did provide updates, they were late, and we had already been updated on the case, court dates, etc. via the person that was being fought in court. Received harassing and derogatory emails, texts,and phone calls from other party, and absolutely nothing was done but repeated requests to the other party's attorney. The other party' was not only an abuser, but he was also very dangerous. During a custody battle, Cause allowed him to manipulate and threaten -even children- without any consequence. The other party actually repeatedly went against court orders, and nothing was done. A child was missing at one point, and Mr. Caudle was nowhere to be found, and office personnel didn't even make a phone call or get back with us. They were found eating while a child was missing and could'be been in serious danger, and this wasn't the only time that this had happened. That day, another attorney was found and hired, and we fired Mr. Caudle. He will not stand up and fight for your best interests, and $1,500 was completely wasted on his services. They we rude, frazzled, and overbooked. Don't waste your money; you'll stress out without concern or real representation. Worst attorney I've ever hired.
I spoke with a Joyce and she was completely rude. She gave me advice with an attitude and didnt even say bye at the end of our coversation. I said thanks bye and she said uh huh and hung up on me. Very very unprofessional.
