While advertising a military discount, they denied it for myself, an army veteran. I was surprised and asked if over two decades service warranted less value than the brave youngsters serving on active duty. The owner condescendingly said that she could raise her price then give me a discount. I told her I would pass. She said they were the only ones in town who offered a military discount and watched me walk out the door. I will say...she thanked .e for .y service as I walked away. It seemed forced at the least. I went down the road to Paradise liquor, told them what happened and they not only price matched but gave me the military discount as well. When they told me thanks for my service...it rang quite a bit more true. One establishment earned my business while the other seemed not to care if they had it or not.
Great liquor deals and very knowledgeable staff. They also offer a military discount which is exceptional.
