Not so good at answering phone calls and that's annoying. However I'm banking on these good in-office reviews!
I'm military.... Called to get my registration renewed sent the email three times and they said they didn't receive my documents. They will also place you on hold for a long g time as well, and aren't that friendly either. I think they find the rudest people to employ here... It's a pre requisite for employment. The incompetence is astounding!
