The person that helped me with my case she was probably one of the nicest women I have ever talk to. she was so helpful and took her time to make sure it was all done correctly. people like her make a situation like this a lot better she knows who she is thank you very much
was told waiting time is 45 minutes ..it is now 1 hour and a half..and i just need a letter of what i get..gee lord
Goverment office, you get about what you expect. The door faces east on the north side of the building towards the west corner. Hard to find when you sight impaired.
this place isn't even worth a star rating. i went to get my daughters replacement social security card and they told me i have to have a doctors signature to get a replacement card. i read the application, the social security website and the sheet of paper they handed me and nothing says i need a doctors signature. needless to say i won't be back and i hope this office closes down. i drive 45 mins to a different office with the exact same things (my daughters birth certificate and medical record) and they issued a new card.
Pathetic service. Have been twice and each time i was treated as though i was about to rob the place or something. Took tons of documents from me, made copies of all personal effects and information and an hour later, after showing every employee back there my private info, came back to window and told me to call the 800 number cause nobody there could figure out how to make the simple change. Also, lady LOST my SS card during the process of showing to everyone... finally she found it somewhere in an office in the back. These people have no clue and their only job is to make sure you do not get benifits while taking all your info and time. Saw them laughing when i left.
