Ordered a pizza online at 6:30 called back 15 mins later to change it to delivery. Called at 7 to see if it was out for delivery(I was gona add to my order) guy said it was already out for delivery . I waited a whole hour and finally called to see what happened. A woman on the phone said it was for carry out I told her I called an hour ago and changed it to delivery, she then said they will send it out asap I wanted a NEW pizza because I was not goin to eat an hour old pizza when it should have been freshly delivered. They would not put a new one in so I had to cancel my order. I'm pregnant so yes I'm goin to be picky because I REALLY wanted some pizza I am upset with this company this is my favorite pizza place but this is not the first time they messed up my order
Garbage
As a loyal customer I've seen the service and food quality decline for months. My pizza has come very light on toppings and sauce several times. Refused to pay for bread so I used my reward points for a free pizza. It was delivered an hour after the given time, which was already over an hour, over 2hrs total wait time. Finally get the food but its cold. 30 minutes later I get a call from a girl who says she doesn't even work there but is helping and has by pizza and is looking for my house to deliver. Tell her I already got it, she hangs up and calls back because they had no idea who the 1st person was or why I had 2 orders. Management calls (at least that's what she said) and says my points will be given back. Didn't happen. Instead I get a coupon in the mail today for a medium cheese pizza instead of the large 2 topping my points were used for. Owner needs to clean house as far as I'm concerned and monitor their store more closely. Management and employees are not doing their jobs.
Orderd a pizza an wings through the website, the expected delivery time was off by 20 minutes am when the order arrived it was completely wrong. Usually it’s a good experience maybe you guys were busy but come on train your delivery people before you send them out by there selves.
Papa John's is solid pizza... Good job on this store with the delivery and quality of product.
The driver gave the pizza to a random guy without checking the ID. Then the manager dint wanted to work for it, he have beeb waiting for 2 or 3 hrs for a piazza that was "ready" in 45 mins.
