Always have a great experience, employees ready and willing to help wherever needed. I still don't understand how exactly the movies are divided. With help for the employees I can almost always find what older titles I may need.
It's a shame Hastings and their friendly family attitude are gone. It was comfortable and you could browse to your hearts content. The other video store is small, not the selection of Hastings and couldn't even use the rest room! The environment is like a library. No specials either. I feel because they are the only store basically...they can take advantage of that. That is not good customer service.
I love this place! I don't rent anywhere else and love that they are keeping the video store alive. Love the employees, I always have a great time here :)

Sarah was so helpful. She told me that they still had free movies for nursing home residents. That will make my wife so happy. She will be able to treat the residents to movies on movie night. I always find what I need here.
