Fins and critters refused to do a return with 2 items purchased exactly 1 week befor trying to return. Nothing wrong with the items
Clean tanks and store just do most of my business out of town 1 to 2 hrs away because of the lack of selection of cichlids.The aquarium hobby is dead in lawton Oklahoma and when the only pet store here don't attract Aquarium hobbyist that's not a good thing for the store or the hobby. Cichlids are very popular now especially where I live all we have is hard water that has high P.H. I wish they would run a huge special on 20 gal aquariums buy this tank get 1/2 off fish on your next purchase. Something to attract more to the hobby.
Very over priced. I bought my husband a lepoard gecko from there for $80.00 when come to find out Petco has lepoard geckos for only $30. Also any supplies you need for your animal there is over the top priced. A normal size tank the cheapest they had was $100.00 That is ridiculous. So I went to walmart and got one for $15.00 That's a why better price. Also crickets there are 25 cents a cricket but at Petco they are 15 cents per cricket. Just overall I wouldn't go there again and they sold me iguana food for a lepoard gecko which a lepaord gecko won't eat. I spent about $200 there. For nothing and the wrong stuff. They no nothing about the animals they have there.
Not friendly, when debating purchase of sugar glider (1 or 2?), while looking for what I'd need n a book after 5 or 10 mins I was told by oldest lady with short hair that "this was not a library!" I had $400 in my pocket for new tank n items! I don't go unless I have too.
Owners & workers are very knowledgeable, courteous, will answer questions and help you learn how to take care of pets properly. Very clean & animals are well cared for. Great place to bring the kids.
