Ken and his crew are curteous and very friendly. I have been using Ken's for as long as I can remember.
They have always been kind to me. And quick to get my medication and work hard when there's an issue with my insurance. I choose Kens over larger pharmacies because Kens and his employees are kinder and know me by name
They are nice the majority of the time, but there is a particular girl with gray purple there that is super rude no matter what day or time it is. I almost feel like she judges everyone as they walk through the door. To be honest, her customer service is so poor that I don't even know how she keeps her job... unless she is family. The others are great. They run behind sometimes, but that's going to happen anywhere. Ken is very nice and super knowledgeable. Just know it's best to always buy in bulk with them because the price decreases they more you buy. It's a pharmacy worth trying out.
