Called and talked to Skyler -- the owner? He said Doug would call me that night -- a Monday night. I never heard from Doug until Tuesday morning. Despite this, I still set up an appointment with Doug for Wednesday morning at 10 am. By 10:10, Doug had NOT arrived so I called and got his voicemail and left a message. At 10:40 I called Skyler and told him that I had been waiting for Doug for 40 minutes and that I had another appt. at 11 am and could not wait any longer. At 2:05 pm --- FOUR HOURS -- since he missed the appointment, Doug called me with a crazy story of how he dropped his phone that morning and it shattered and that he spent the previous FOUR HOURS getting a new phone and setting up his voicemail. This is DESPITE the fact that Skyler had my phone number and could have called me to reschedule...and DESPITE the fact that Doug admitted that he had a written appointment book with my NAME and ADDRESS in it. He could have COME to the appointment without a phone! In other words, there were multiple ways that he could have contacted me or shown up for the appointment. Instead, he chose to blow off the appointment for whatever reason. I have concluded that Sky Roofing does NOT value me as as a customer and that they do not respect my time nor do they want to earn my business. Therefore, I will not be making a new appointment.
Excellent service! Great company! Communication throughout the whole process! Worked great with out insurance and with us. Subcontractors were very professional. Can’t be happier with out new windows and roof! Highly recommend ✅✅✅✅✅
