Do not I repeat do not rent from these people they have serious issues with bed bugs being in the house ! They don't ever fix anything my house house had black mold and a leak and never got fixed ! They are not operating legally we was ordered twice to go to court and they did not show up either time for court the property manager jd is very crooked and allowed her boyfriend to make threats to the tenants and does not do anything about it this is a warning do not rent from golden rule estates
Beware, if a trailer next to you needs repairs they will use your electrical plugs outside to repair it. My electric came out to 336 bucks , 100 bucks less than my rent. I had a long battle with the power bill they drove up and lost. So not only did I have no power for months, I was also homeless after I couldnt keep up with all the fees.
Quiet place to live
Mobile home park for the most part nice place to live but just like anywhere else it has its moments
Stone of those trailers need major renovation for the price they are renting them.
