I had wonderful experience, when you walk in your greeted with a hello and welcome, and if you need any help everyone is so helpful. The prices are great also.
My military son only wears one brand of civilian shoes. The other locations in LAWTON that claimed to carry this brand, only carried an awkward style... Shoe Carnival, however, had classics and my son left happy. The costs are a little high unless you are there just for the sale items.
some great prices here. some good shoes. clearance rack can be a great find. a little unorganized and claustrophobic.
