Used the dog grooming service for my Shih Tzu, he came back to me after 2 hours covered in mix length hair, alot of spots were missed, he was also covered in scissor and razor marks. I don't recommend the grooming service to anyone, people find someone else to groom your dog. It's not worth the heartache or the money! He was supposedly "groomed" by Mackenzie.
Store smelled so bad my husband and kids had to leave! Only needed filters for my fish and wait in line for over 10 minuets while two ladies looked on their phones for a coupon. Cashier never called anyone else to check me out. So I left. Will never go back to that store!!

So done with this pet smart. The groomers close early all the time and are rude, last and final time I will ever be in this store I was waiting to get my dog a nail grinding, the groomers were all busy so I was patiently waiting when another lady came in with her dogs, one of the groomers looked up at the lady and just rolled her eyes. I got tired of dealing with this so just walked out and took him else where. The other employees are usually rude as well. I'm definetly permanently done with this pet smart.
