Dr. Black makes me enjoy taking my pup, Beans, to the vet! She and the staff are so friendly that Beans actually enjoys going every time. His tail wags from the moment we get there until we leave. On top of that, she helped catch mange early before it got bad. So thankful for such an amazing service!
My precious puppy got parvo and I immediately took her to Dr.Black. Of course I wanted to do everything I could to save her and so did they. I felt like they really cared and made the entire process as easy as possible for me and my family. She is now well and more active then before, I love them for saving her. Some vets will tell you there is nothing they can do but I know they well exhaust every option possible. She truly loves animals and I am so glad to have known about them. GO HERE!!!!!! if you want the best care possible for your pet.
Staff is friendly and Dr. Black is great, did complete check up. We felt well informed.
I don't know what to say other than Dr. Black is the best veterinarian I've had in my entire life. I've lived in many states over the years and had various vets that looked after my pets, so I know a GREAT VET when I see one! Dr. Black and her staff are always helpful, knowledgeable and caring. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my furry babies!
They deleted my review from before and the reviews I saw earlier, so I'll repeat myself and tell you the mistreatment me and my puppy had by their staff. I called explain my puppies situation, she has a toe nail barely hanging on and it was ripped down to the quick. We explained we are currently low on money, we didn't get paid til Monday and only had about 20 dollars to do something for our poor puppy. They said a nail trimming was 15$, and we assumed that meant that they would remove the nail aswell, because we explained that's all we wanted, and the research we did said that removing the nail was the most important part, after that it would need to be treated as an open wound. We brought her in, the front lady even asked whitch toe it was and I showed her. When they took her back they told me I need to wait in the waiting room, when I already filled out paper work saying is like to be present. They brought her back out and acted like we weren't aware of her nail being hurt, and I explained that we know and the lady said it could would be removed. All she said was it's a 40$ office visit, she'd need anti bioticas, and so on. I said we just want the nail removed, and they said they would, and the repeated herself, being rather rude. My puppies nails we already trimmed when they brought her out, so I was forced to spend the only money I had left on a nail trimming, and they gave us no information about what to do, or any other options we had. I was upset they went ahead and trimmed her nails without telling us anything. I felt it was very unprofessional and underhanded. I also feel if like extremely unhelpful to delete my original statement. People should know about the injustices they this vet is doing.
First time, we were satisfied with our visit.
