I recently had my hair colored. I have black hair and wanted to change it to red. The stylist never stripped the black out of my hair, she just dyed it red. After everything was done, the top of my head was a red color but the bottom was still black. I had an appointment to go back at 1pm to have it fixed, the stylist didnt even show up until 1:15pm. Plus she was doing 2 colors at once. Just very unprofessional. She did fix it, but got dye all over my face hands and even my clothes, VERY sloppy!!!!! And she NEVER got all the red out. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back!!
