Friendly staff and good service. They work hard to deliver quality service, even if it is a bit busy. Good for a meal or a quick drink.
The employees here work hard to make your visit comfortable and take the extra care to make sure your order is correct and hot for you .
This mcdonalds for some reason is the best in lawton. Seems that the food taste fresh and have always been very polite to the customers. Wasnt always this way but they have made a change in management and employees and this is reflected in the food and service. Thanks
They are so rude and never can get my order right I usually don't complain but this time I went they messed my order up again and the lady was so rude working the 2nd window. I asked for a frappe with NO whip cream and she gives me one with whip cream I told her mamma it's not suppose to have whip cream she says to me what you want me to do about it scrap it off. 67th McDonald's is the worst I would rather drive out of my way then go back to that rude ass store... I will make sure everyone I know will know how rude and bad the service is at this location..
Really changed in quality of service in the last 4 months. If you haven't been in a while try and make sure it isnt an abberation.
