So everything in Lawton is different than anywhere civilized. This Starbucks is really bright and does not have a warm cozy atmosphere like I have seen at hundreds of other Starbucks across the country. I’ve had my order messed up countless times and they seek to just rush to get customers out without ensuring they are taken care of. Just doesent feel like a Starbucks to me. Feels like a run down version of it. But in Lawton you only get what you get and this is the only one in town.
Every Starbucks I've ever been too has never given me issues like this one. The people aren't that friendly. There drive through is dangerous and should be shut down. I waited 20 minuets for my drink and it was simple. They forgot mine. I understand they were busy but seriously. They are always ridiculously busy and its hell.
Too bad I had to give them a stay at all. Staff was not friendly, manager failed to greet is even after I pointed it out. They called our names and just left the drinks on the counter. They could have at least said beat it after we got out coffee. This place truly sucks. This was my first Starbucks visit and they did not win my service with their lost service
This Starbucks is great. The best thing in Lawton, Oklahoma. I recommend a Flat White or breve latte.
Quite by accident we were there the other night. We rarely go anymore due to politics of the company. Either make coffee or do politics but not both. Parking is awful at this location. When busy, traffic from drive thru backs up into the street. My hot chocolate was really good but quite expensive. The remodel makes the space seem larger. Appreciate plugs to charge phones. New chairs were some what awkward to sit in and appear worn. While company policy may permit varied colors of hair, it does not present well. More like a circus instead of a coffee shop.
