As a non-smoker I was surprised to find a $175 charge to my credit card for smoke smell in the car. The staff here were friendly, but otherwise I would steer clear on this location as they never called me back to confirm removing the charges.
If you don't mind being ripped off, go here. Another smoke in the car issue, which renter says she wasn't told. When renting car, the representative said extra insurance was 30 dollars, didn't know until returning car that it was actually 30 dollars per day! And last of all, once they have your credit card information, they will add charges later, as they wish without asking permission.
The worst hertz I've ever used. I had to wait half hour for check out and check in because there was only 1 staff all day. The staff said he was washing the car and have never said sorry.
