DO NOT GO HERE!!! The store is in poor condition and has a small selection. This however is much better than customer service. The owner is a real jerk who is cares more about making a quick dollar than helping people out. First and LAST time I will go to this pawn shop. I definitely recommend going elsewhere in Lawton!!!
A lot of weapons but he is over priced. New prices for used weapons.
Called the store to ensure they had a pistol I was looking for and to confirm the price. Drove 30 miles to the store, went to inspect the pistol and was told I couldn't field strip the pistol to look at the barrel. Store policy was no breaking down a weapon by myself or the guy behind the counter. I was to take their word it was direct from the factory. I asked if there were any issues would they stand behind the sale and resolve any problems? I would have to take up any issues with the factory. This shop does not instill trust and confidence. I walked out and won't go back!
These guys don't know anything about guns. I go to sell a collectible weapon worth more than three of their top same-category weapons COMBINED and the guy acts as though it's not worth one of his or is anywhere near comparable. I ask, "Do you know what KIND of weapon that is?"and he says "no." So of course then I'm thinking, well then WHY ARE YOU WORKING HERE?! Crazy Lawton. To be expected I guess. Off to the gun show where I'm expecting at least a few experts will show up. Steer clear of these arrogant yet ignorant know-nothings.
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, great place for FFL transfers of Internet sales. Chris is a very knowledgeable FFL dealer. I buy many of guns from here.
