All we did was call to find out how much they would buy a few PS3 games for, they said they'd have to see the games and then hung up on me. Then my husband called back to ask the same question, all we wanted was a price range, but got a different person and she said that again, they'd have to see the games and wouldn't give a price over the phone, then proceeded to AGAIN hang up on him. So he called back again and told them that it is extremely rude to just hang up on someone, then they said that they didn't hang up on him. How do you not know that you hung up on someone. In the end we did get the price, 2.00 a game at the most. What is really irksome is that we were hung up on after all we did was call and ask a simple, courteous question. We've spent a lot of money here but will never again spend a dime in there. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than pay less for the same thing there.
