I ordered my mom the Spring Garden Bouquet but she got the ugliest arrangement!
They lied!! It was so ugly
Not only was i upset, but I also cancelled the order that i placed for her birthday, which is May 22. I went with another flower company and was very happy.
Old WILTED flowers for TOP $, customer service is RUDE and condescending with any concerns you have. A total waste of time and money.

I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's Day about a week and a half in advance, and Flowers By Ramond emailed and called me two days before Mother's Day to let me know that they were out of the vase that went with the arrangement I ordered. I said thats fine, as long as the arrangement is the same. They assured me that it was going to be the same.
We ordered flowers for a funeral and the arrangement that was delivered was ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING and when my brother took it back they were full of excuses and tried to tell my brother they couldn't do better for $40 when I was charged $70. The arrangement was ugly, sparse and half dead when delivered. If they would have accepted responsibility when my brother took the arrangement to them a few days later I would be a little more understanding but they didn't they were full of excuses and literally would not accept responsibility and if that's the quality of Arrangements that they're going to send out to people I would tell you right now do not use them because the arrangements if they sent to the funeral was embarrassing I'm actually embarrassed that there's family out there that thinks that we would send an arrangement like that do not use these people!
