Horrible horrible. First took them over a month to deliver a bunk bed I got online. Then they call 3 days before due and everyday thereafter. Lastly I was moving and they dragged their feet to pick it up. Someone stole my beds off my porch as I had to take the bunk bed apart myself because there was quote dog hair on it ( it's a wooden bunk bed) then they call me to say the beds were damaged and they couldn't pick them up. But my neighbors saw someone take the beds off of the porch so they are lying. Not the first time they lied. My dad got a lawnmower from them and it broke the first day he received it and a month later when he got it back( they didn't give him a loaner, so he paid a month on nothing) he asked them if they were sure if it worked they said they tested it out back umm outback is gravel not grass. This location is horrible. Their management is horrible. Go to rent 1st or rent a center. Stay away from these people.
My warranty had expired for my washer and dryer but when my washer broke they searched for a recall, found one and picked it up, shipped it to okc for me and gave me a loaner... they didn't have to do that but they did. So when I was looking into getting a new bedroom set I immediately thought of Aaron's. They offer a pay by phone service so I don't have to go to the store to make a payment. Great staff. Always smiling and welcoming.
