Don't call this company he doesn't pay his employees he is a liar and a theif he thinks cuz cuz he steals from companies he use to work for that everyone is trying to seal from him I found some of his thing I was going to return when I pick up my check but he told me that he was not going to give me a check because he is a the if he even want some of my stuff that I have had before I started working for him
In short- if you don't mind waiting several days, in the dead of summer, for your A.C. to get fixed and deal with someone that refuses to return phone calls or show up when promised, then these guys would be the perfect ones to go with.
If I could give this company zero stars I would. We went without air for three full weeks because of their failure to see that the unit was beyond repair and needed to be completely replaced. After showing up unannounced several times (including once at 10:15pm) and milking American Home Shield for every penny they could on repairs and freon, they said they had to order a whole new condenser. Took another week for them to actually come out and replace the broken one. Continued to dodge our calls when we asked for updates and hung up on my husband twice. After I complained that the AC had been out for weeks I was told that it's normal for their customers to go without for longer than we had and I should be thankful it wasn't that long. Oh, did I mention I'm 7 months pregnant? Don't call this company unless you want to be treated like an unwanted dog. (Also worth noting - one of the only 5 star reviews is from the very employee that was sent out to our house. How ironic.)
You've heard the old cliche, fast and friendly? This really applies to my Mr Fixit. I would recommend them to everyone. And what I really liked about him, was the fact that he kept his word. I also have to add honest to the comment. In addition to my dishwasher that he fixed , I had a dryer that didn't work. He came in and looked at it. The vent hose was full of water and the vent opening was clogged with lint. He showed me how to suction it out. I got up the water and Wallah, my dryer was working! Then he told me how to vent my dryer properly so that I could extend the life of it. It felt like one of those good doctor visits. You know you going to be okay and that you have enough knowledge to take care of yourself. That's exactly how I felt.
I lived in my house for almost 3 years with an air-conditioning problem in my upstairs. Will from my Mr. fix it came out and found the problem and fixed it and now my upstairs is colder than it's ever been I thank my Mr. fix it for solving my problem when no one else could
They came out on a Monday afternoon and diagnosed the problem. Was told they didn't have the supplies necessary for the fix and they'd return Wed morning. This is Thursday afternoon and I still haven't seen or heard from anyone...even after leaving several messages. (When their voice mail box wasn't full.. )
