My advice to future customers, order for pick up. If you still want to go eat at this location then at the very least don't go to the bar area unless you're sitting directly at the bar. Anywhere else in that back location and you'll be forgotten about, expect around hourly waits for service during busy hours.
Only giving this a 1 because 0 seemed unavailable. B-dubs has always been my favorite place to eat especially on Thursdays. I've been to this location about 7 or 8 times and my experience varies from a 1 to a 3 at best out of 5. My first visit had us waiting for about 30 minutes before ever getting my drink, food followed about 10 minutes after. My last visit however is now the reason I will never go back. Waited about 30 minutes to be acknowledged and have a waiter take our order. Drinks didn't show up for about another 30 minutes, from that point on the waiter disappeared again and food didn't arrive for about 45 minutes after, and they weren't fresh at all, at this point I was just so hungry I couldn't experience the B-dubs flavor that I usually come here for. Never got a refill and my mouth was on fire for about 30 more minutes before our waiter came to pass along an offered drink from another table that was being desperately flirtatious, at which point I asked to speak with a manager that took about 15 minutes to show up with a lazy unpleasant attitude. Thankfully we didn't have to pay, but I'd pay twice as much just to get real service, worst experience I've ever had next to burnt cold pizza.
Big improvement on service speed 15 min or it's free. It use to take like an hour plus just to get your lunch which detoured me from going there because of the slow service. But now it's manageable. My cousins and I received our food in a timely manner and I had time to get back to work.
Been here for about a month and have eaten at this location 3 times. The service is great and the location well picked. But God Almighty does the food at this place suck. I love bdubbs, eat at them a lot. But this location is the bottom of the barrel by far. Maybe they lost their good cooks and filled the spots with people who should never be placed in that position, idk. But I'm positive I could walk back there and outdo anyone behind that counter. Quality of food is so bad this last meal I just stopped eating a couple bites in.
The waiter was a nice fellow. Food and drink service was a little slower than I thought it would be. The place wasn't busy and it took anywhere between 20 and 30 minutes to get drinks. Clean and tidy but wouldn't recommend for parties of 10 or more.
Slow service, sub-par food, and management is disengaged. Highly recommended seeking somewhere else for dining out in Lawton.
