I had to take my food back twice to get it made correctly! I know it's combined with KFC but it shouldn't be That difficult. The poor manager was taking hell from like All the customers but he was on the register, while trying to Manage his Seriously understaffed store. It wasn't his fault that the few ppl there didn't seem to have a lick of sense.
Piss poor service, people taking orders don't ask questions, and food was stale as if it was sitting under a heat lamp for a few hours. Will never go back to this Taco Bell, I would rather drive another 20mins out of my way to get proper service and food.
I usually order a bean and cheese burrito with extra extra extra onions and I get a regular bean and cheese burrito...every.single.time...but tonight they nailed my burrito. Great job night crew. I'm highly impressed. Keep up the great work. From now on I'll come by around midnight to pick up my food. You guys are awesome.
