Horrible company. The customer service agents are liars. If you need to make a complaint about their agents, do not go to the operations manager. She is more concerned in protecting her employees than listen to the concerns of the customer. If they tell you to expect a phone call, good luck on receiving one back. I would suggest calling them at 4 P.M. central time, an hour before they close. If you try calling on a Friday, good luck reaching anybody before noon time. The operator seems to be the only person there and believe me when I say the operator is worse than the customer service agents. My actual shipment was a week overdue. I did have damage to my property as well. Horrible company from top to bottom. I suggest going somewhere else regarding any kind of business dealing with shipments.
