One of the employees is rude and incompetent and unfortunately, she was the one I dealt with first. Called around to a few other places after that, but their price was still the best in town. So I came back in a few days when I needed the unit and thankfully there was a different employee working who was very helpful and competent. Overall, not a bad location.
