They sold us a reliable car under blue book value. When we did find issues (our AC went out) with the car they got it repaired for us and worked with our schedule to make repairs convenient for us. When I was in the hospital they accepted two payments late and put them on a payment plan no questions asked. We will definitely be buying more cars from them in the future.
The staff is awesome except one lady that is really rude and we just don't deal with her at all
I had mines going on 6 months and just in the past two months I been having more problems with my car then you can think of.. They was wanting to come get my car then I would be out of a car for lord knows how long and I have to have a car so we had it fix here where I live. Then when its time for a payment due they blow up your phone.. I ask several times to trade it in and they kept telling me no but a lesson learned its good for 6 months then that's when everything that the mechanics fix or supposed to fix go wrong. And if I can't go to work cause a cab is just like a car payment then they can't get paid cause I be darn if I pay a cab and a car payment.. Not gonna happen but overall they will work with you on your payments
Took 2 hours to fill out app for them to sell the car to someone else. Service terrible they act like they don't want to make a sell.
I went to there lot in Lawton was told they could transfer vechiles from other lots. I drive to Clarmore to get informed they won't transfer from that far. Go to altus lot because they got a truck in I was interested in. Oh hahahaha they won't transfer it. That's what I got told buy the manager Tracy. Then they freaking transfer the truck 2 weeks later. I went somewhere else.
