went in because I had totaled my car and it was the last thing I wanted to do, then I met James Hardwick and unlike other times I bought cars he actually made buying a car fun. go see him and have a different buying experience. I advise everyone to go see him if you dont want the same old thing
Our salesperson, Bryce Lapham, worked with us to get a vehicle our daughter could afford. THEN, our OTHER daughter came to us needing a car - and he hooked us up AGAIN! 2-vehicles within a week! SUPERMAN! I would highly recommend that anyone looking for a vehicle and great customer service go to Lawton KIA. Though 'paperwork' is always a hassle - the finance department was even able to get a better rate & lower payment than previously discussed! OUT-damn-standing! The ONLY improvement I could recommend is to figure a way to cut-down on the "wait-time" for the "approvals-process". I know this is a function of the banks, but there's gotta be a better way! Bryce,..... don't forget about the truck I'm looking for,.......
