Isaias in the service department earned more than 5 stars today! We are up from Texas visiting for the holiday and our transmission module went out.....I called spoke with him after confirming with the parts department (parts department rocks too) they had one in stock and Isaias gave me a quote and asked when we could have the truck there. It ended up not shifting and I called him back. He gave me a number to a tow truck and said he would do his best to get us fixed today. Truck arrived there at 2:30 & we arrived shortly after. Someone was already pulling it in to complete a diagnosis, confirmed what we figured and at 5:20 pm we were on the road! What a great job, customer service and technicians they have. Everyone there was friendly and great!
Horrible place to go to, we signed the paperwork everything was good to go all they had to do was fix the tail lights. Three days later after we signed the paperwork the truck was ready to be picked up, they tell us it will be a $100 more a month then what we originally signed for and in those three days it took them to fix the tail lights they ran my credit everyday instead of calling me telling me something was wrong.
My husband and I went to trade in my 2016 Chevy Cruze and look at a new vehicle. Dale was able to work with us and helped us find the best option for us. We ended up getting a 2017 Chevy Malibu. His amazing customer service helped to make the whole experience go smoothly. He answered any and all questions and was very knowledgeable.

Becky is usually always who ends up being my service representative when I bring my car to the dealership. She is always extremely polite and professional. She takes the time to explain to me what services were performed on my car even when they are really busy. She does an amazing job every time I am in there and makes the experience more enjoyable.
Rolled by Classic Chevy to check out a brand new truck I had seen online for a great price. What I found was a scam. The online price was after a grocery list of rebates, which to be fair were listed on the website. What they didn't list were the $11,400.00 of dealer add-ons. The truck list online for $38,000.00 ended up actually being $50,000.00. Then I got the con job. They took my info, found out I have great credit and then preceded to try to confuse me with double talk and outrageous deals. Wanted to focus me on monthly payments instead of the misleading website price. When I asked what the interest rate would be on financing, I was told not to worry about, because the Manger could work magic. I am to old to believe in magic and I am not ruining my credit for anyone. When I tried to leave they tried to get me to take the truck home with me. Never do this, it is the oldest trick in the book. If you do, when you come back you will find all the numbers they promised you have "MAGICALLY' changed. Do not trust these guys. I miss Jim Glover.
