Mike Henderhan was awesome to work with! He was very friendly, personable, and seemed to have our best interest in mind, unlike your typical car salesman. I wish more salesman were like him. We also worked with Jerrod Pullman on the finance end and he was helpful. Their sales manager Mark was the only person that I didn't have a good vibe from. he came off as your typical car salesman that cared more about making a sale then taking care of the actual customer and making sure they are happy. I felt he was being fake nice.
Have bought 2 vehicles here over the years - both times were completely hassle free. Emily in Internet Sales and Jerrod in Finance were great to work with. Will definitely buy here again in the future.

For a first time customer who is also military, customer service was very poor to say the least when it was time to pay and pick up the car. I asked for a small discount because my Honda dealership I have been going to for years in Oregon throws a military discount in with every service. He told me I could join the loyalty program and it would be good for my next visit...There won't be a next visit because I am only passing through the state for training. I was only asking for $10 off. A measly 5% discount...I'll stick with my Oregon dealership, they treat me right.
