This is NOT a place I would go to buy a car. Or at least a used car. The manager over on the used car side is kind of a jerk but at least honest. The reason I give this place 5/5 is because of the service department. They are completely on point with what they do. They listen when I ask about specific issues and do a great job of fixing things up. I highly suggest giving them a shot whether you own a Toyota or not. Just ask to speak with Pam. She's been there forever and she gets stuff done.

My husband and I went there just to look for a new car. We were greeted right away by Shawn. He was super friendly. He wasn't frustrated when I didn't like the first vehicle he showed us, but he understood what we were looking for. He helped us every step of the way and we had an overall great experience. Shawn was awesome!!! I haven't had such an easy going car buying experience!! Thank you Shawn for everything!!!
Took quite a while, but they did take care of us. They went way out of their way to get us the best deal. Very pleased. Would definitely recommend to others. Will be back when next vehicle is needed. Great job!
The service department at Toyota of Lawton Ms. Tam, went out of her way to help my daughter. She made sure she had all the right papers to take care of her car in Edmond, OK Toyota dealer. She had to return to school and was able to drop car of and pick up with no problems thanks to having everything in order.
