Shady company. They lie about everything and cannot tell the truth. They harassed me, went into my apartment broke my things, messed up the bathroom, left the toliet seat up. Got the new neighbor to harass me for posting a bad review, gave me a late charge when I had paid rent 3 days prior. I know Mr zuspann is one.of the only ones who does section 8, but it is worth paying more and not having to deal with his company's lies and ways.
