Horrible, RUDE staff.

The website offers payment options but when you get there they are singing a different tune and that tune is Rhianna's "BBHMM"! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT DO A WALK IN unless you want to wait a minimum of THREE HOURS while they figure out how to charge your insurance and get a full payment for your procedure, which by the way they will ask you for while you are sitting in the dental chair about to receive your treatment. If you aren't able to pay the entire amount right then you will be escorted from the dental seat down the hall to a small office where the manager, a woman with large tattooed breasts, explains why they no longer take payments. She then politely asks you to come back when you have the money.

I have never been treated kinder and had such a good experience in a dental office. Everyone was beyond nice and treated me like a friend, not just another patient. Dr. Langford is Awesome!! I will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm not sure how they stay in business. They DO NOT CARE about their customers at all. We had multiple issues with them. For example: they changed my wife's appointment twice without any coordination or consent. Once my wife changed her work schedule to meet their scheduling changes, they made her wait and didn't even keep the appointment time they inconveniently set for her.

So I went in as a workman’s come deal from a mouth injury sustained at work. They broke apart my tooth on day one at 3pm. About an hour later they told me they don’t want to do t till the next day... so I dealt with a sharp tooth in my mouth over night and came back the next morning. They got me in at 8 and proceeded to do my root canal before the temp crown. Half way through my root canal they gave me another shot to numb and let the medicine roll down my throat causing me to gag uncontrollably. Up to this point I had been treated with disdain and they made me feel like I was a burden in their schedule. After I stopped gagging from the medicine in my throat I asked why I was being treated with poor patient care, in a very calm and concerned voice mind you. The dentist responded by saying we’re going to refer you somewhere else you are UNCOOPERATIVE. So half way through my root canal they referred me to another office that didn’t have an appointment till December. I had to drive to okc to a specialist with my mouth propped open and root canal half finished. Luckily they were able to fix the botched job doctor Carren Lankford did on my mouth. They just run you through until they are able to justify charging you or your insurance and then send you away because they aren’t able to complete the dental work they contract out to do. Be very very aware when you go into this office. You are about to go through hell.

Now I understand that this is a business and they need their money to buy all of the cute holiday knickknack or the matching staff T-shirts that spell "LOVE" in glitter dental tools that they wear once a week. I even understand why they would stop taking payments if that resulted in continued financial loss. However, the one thing I can't understand is why they would charge someone a co-pay, make them wait three hours, put them in the dental chair, probably in pain from whatever caused them to walk-in in the first place, then in their most vulnerable state, right when you think you are finally going to get the help you've desperately waited hours for, you employ a sales tactic so sleazy that it would make a snake oil salesman jealous!

When my wife finally decided to change dentists they argued with her about providing her medical records, ultimately having a horrible lady named Anna call my wife STUPID. When my wife asked for Anna's last name (so we could make an official complaint) she refused to provide it and said my wife was being "kicked out". She called the police and made me leave without records or providing her last name.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Anyway, I will never enter "My Dentist" again but, if after reading this you decide you would like to go be sure to make an appointment and bring your credit cards!!!

There's a reason why there is so many negative reviews. Do not go to this place for your children. I scheduled an appointment for my four year old and was told they could treat him. They rescheduled my first appointment last minute. When we finally got to our appointment they took my child in for the x rays and spent all of 2 minutes with him. To say he was uncooperative. He wasn't throwing a fit or acting up in any manner. He was shy and nervous so he wouldn't step on there x ray machine to take the x Ray. I could have understood if they spent 15 minutes to half an hour attempting to get him to take the x Ray but this wasn't the case they literally spent about 2 to 5 minutes and gave up. Then they informed me they didn't have the proper stuff to work on him. So frustrating if you would like to waste your time go here but if you want your child to actually get seen go somewhere else.

I would be amiss if I were to describe the Lawton Oklahoma branch of their Mc Dental franchise "My Dentist" as anything less than stellar. It's clean, well lit and the lobby is decorated with cute holiday knickknack. The staff is warm and professional as well as the Dentist, Danielle Roberts, a slender, 30 something, blonde with a radiant smile and pink dental accessories. However, as beautiful as this facade may appear there seems to be a crack in the enamel which leads to a dark place infected with greed and a cavity of poor customer service.

Would give zero stars, but that's not an option.
