My child has been a patient with Dr. Wells' office going on 2 years now and she loves coming to the dentist. She's a shy 5 year old and the staff is very attentive to her. Her dentist is great with her. The dental assistants and hygienists are awesome. They have all been great with my child. I am always at ease as soon as I walk in the door. The receptionists are efficient and friendly. The areas with the children's games are a hit. I am so very glad that a friend recommended Dr. Wells' office.
First of all, it's the first time we have been to this dental clinic. Two of the dental assistants had a bad attitude. They were not being helpful at all. We did not feel welcomed at all and didn't feel that they cleaned my nephews teeth correctly. They didn't seem to take the time to do it right. As if they were rushing to get done. I've been through many cleanings and that was not a cleaning. The clinic was very nice and well set up but the experience was not a good one. They made me feel like they were doing me a favor. That's not the way it works. I will not be returning.
My grandson Calvin LOVES going to Dr Wells DDS. He looks forward to each visit and I think that speaks volumes about the kind of place it is. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a family dentest.
The wait was not long. The staff made the experience smooth and comfortable. My son, whom is usually shy, was very talkative with the staff and was not scared. Overall, great experience.
The dentist and assistant were so sweet and patient with my three year old! He barely cried because they were so gentle. Very happy with their service. Appointment was exactly on time, and the office was so kid friendly :)
