An employee was very helpful in helping give us to aisle numbers needed which woyld give it a 4 to 5 star rating. However a 2 star because too hot to enjoy the shopping experience by pregnant wife who started overheating and had to leave store. Need to have store cooled just a little more to lessen risks of overheating and falling out of pregnant women in late term.
Staff in the paint department was friendly.
I don't do much shopping at Lowe's but when I do the service seems to be good n the employs are very friendly and so far I ve not had no problems with anything I ve bought at Lowe's I just bought a GE Microwave there today I believe I got a good deal on it was on sale to
for assistance .The guy they sent did not have a clue.We waisted 45 min. just to leave without a purchase.They could have made a nice amount of money with our purchase.
The only place I get consistently good customer service at Lowe's is in the appliance department.
Lawn and garden staff is awesome. But since fall is quickly approaching the plant selection is diminished.
Disappointed. Big box stores aren't known for their service, but this time, my experience at Lowe's was dismal. I was about to drop $600 + on a vanity and a nice shower head, but the guy in fashion bath on that particular Sunday afternoon was no help at all. I left in a huff, empty handed. I called back a few days later and got excellent service over the phone.
Poor service. Waited 10 min.
Going next door to Home Depot, maybe they have better customer service.
