Ordered a washer & dryer. On scheduled delivery day they did not deliver my items because they could not find my home. I called them numerous times to have them just tell me they cant get a hold of the delivery driver to get their side of the story. I am currently waiting for the next scheduled delivery. I will never purchase anything from here again. I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
No trained department people I could find. Went there to pickup an order that was supposed to be waiting to load in my truck. Nobody knew anything about it and the guy I spoke to on the phone had gone home.
They set an appointment with me for 1pm to have custom cabinets built for my new home. I confirmed the time and told them I had over a two hour drive and wanted to make sure that the appointment was good. They assured me it was. So I made the trip all the way to Lawton with all my measurements. I arrived and no one was there! Finally had to call an on duty assistant manager who told me without any concern or empathy at all that they had no designer available! When I explained I was promised a 1 pm appointment he said "I don't know what to tell you and just walked off!
**Edit** The store manager called me personally to apologize and has shown a lot of real concern so I changed my 1 star to 4
Spent 1 1/2 hours picking lumber and hardware and loaded two lumber carts by myself for a deck my son was building for me.
Best, kind, great sense of humor, funny, understanding, he ensures his patients are not in pain during procedure, excellent results, excellent bedside manner, approachable, makes you feel at ease, and any other great description one can think of. His office staff is outstanding and are always ready to answer any questions or concerns. The rest of his staff, dental hygeinist, assistants, are all angels too. They are extremely empathetic and ready and willing to meet your needs. Try him ONCE and I promise, you will never want any other dentist working on you....Dr Drummond is the best dentist in Lawton. He sees kids too. TRY him, you won't regret it...I promise!!!
Paid for and loaded my truck and a guy shows up to help load 2 - 2x6's .
Oh! Forgot to mention. Was in a big blue cast with a broken arm.
Well stocked, well lighted and clean. Items I was looking for I thought might be dealer only items for a John Deere riding mower. I could not find one item and I ask for assistance. The young man gave me the exact location from
memory. Didn't even use his hand held computer. I had walked right past the item. Very helpful employee. Matter of fact I found items that I would be needing later but decided to purchase now to avoid downtime. Thanks for being well stocked. Danny
