Heather Love who is suppose to be on your side really is on the side of the drs. She can't take any ownership in what she does. Because of her I'll never go to any part of there substandard hospital. I don't want to be seen there by any staff. And I will never make the mistake to make a complaint because she used it against me. She can't even return a phone call maybe she's lazy
I'm fed up with this place. I took myself, my mother, my wife, and my baby girl to okc. We will NOT be back here for anything until the "staff" learns how to check their attitude and do their job.
I've spent several weeks here periodically over the last few months. Everything from my mother being admitted, to my wife being pregnant. I spent countless HOURS waiting in the emergency room in pain (I had a broken rib piercing my lung) with 2 other people, and they almost practically turned me away because there's "not much they can do for a broken rib". The labor and delivery people are dumb as rocks and tell you to go to a certain place, then get pissed when you do because the area the other people sent you to is not the correct area (literally was escorted to that area by staff). The lady helping my wife was rude, and when my wife went in becausr she hadnt felt the baby move in a week, the woman working the sonogram acted like she didnt want to be there and it was a waste of time. She practically bullied my wife the entire time. And the doctor my mother had for her chemo was possibly the dullest, and rudest woman I've met who could BARELY answer any of our queations that werent in our littlw pamphlet. When my 3 yr old child broke her leg we sat in the waiting room for almost 4 hours from 10pm-2am with her crying in pain and maybe 5 other people down there.
Upon trying to do blood work, they had to come back for sample sets THREE times, and that was AFTER finally getting a successful drawing on my wrist. Every place that they took blood from developed into a bruise about a foot long. I left looking like an absolute druggie.
Thank you to every staff member that has been part of my families amazing experience at ccmh!! The delivery and care of our son has been absolutely incredible! Every single staff member that we've met has been hands down the most supportive kindest and caring health care providers we've ever met. We have had 7 other children and have never come anywhere close to the experience here. You're hospital should be a model for all hospitals. Thank you so much for providing the best care in the states!!
This was from a while ago, but I went here for problems with my heart (bad palpitations), and they ran ONE EKG and looked at me like I was a liar. They took hours to get me seen. My fiance lost his job un-negotiably because he had to wait with me for so long that it rolled over into his shift at work.
I'm never going here again if I can help it. I recently went to South Western Medical Center for similar symptoms again, and they treated me far better than this hospital ever has.
They sent me away with anxiety medication and told me to just go to primary care, instantly blaming this on my untreated thyroid problems I had in the past which I very recently found out are DORMANT, and have been for YEARS.
This is possibly the WORST hospital I've ever had the displeasure of being inside of.
Out Patient Admitting was amazing at checking my family member in today. We were in and out in less than 5 minutes. The staff was very helpful and nice. Thank you!
About the most I can say is that a couple of the nurses were friendly, but they're also the ones that tore my veins up trying to get blood. :( I want to believe in this place, but don't let the fancy layout fool you into thinking this is top-quality. Perhaps not all of the service is this horrible, but every time I've ever been here, I've walked away hopeless.
