Couldnt ask for better service
My neighbor called Hodges when a line broke. They had to come to my back yard to dig and get to the pipe. The pictures are how they left my fence, my yard and my shed. The house is a rent house and I was not informed this had happened until weeks later. I called Hodges and spoke with Donny. From the time I called him and he took responsibility for the repairs, it took him about another month to come out and fix my fence. A very poor patch job to say the least, but that is what you get when what was left standing was so torn up that there is no way it would be put back together properly. They have made no attempt to fix my yard or my shed. Because of how long it took for them to come out, I honestly believe that they would have never attempted to fix anything had I not called them. Each time I did call them, Donny made excuses and kept delaying. I would not call them to do my plumbing or any other jobs around my house because they don't appear to see a jobs through to completion, they have no respect for the property of others and like to delay and make excuses when they are called on their shortcomings.
Hodges plumbing. If they were the last plumber on earth I would just do without. Horrible serviceWasher drain not working properly so I call my home warrantee provider. They sent out Hodges plumbing, from what I gathered he tried to use a bladder to unclog the problem then he put some acid in the pipe. Said if the problem was still there to call back the next day so I call back cause the problem is still there. There response was to wait till the afternoon, no I will notify the plumber and have him come by and look at it again. I am thinking about notifying the Oklahoma coorporation commision and filing a formal complaint. Sad when a company cant follow up on their jobs.
Made an appointment yesterday and the woman on the phone asked what was wrong and wanted all the info. No problem told her everything I knew. They were supposed to be here between 9 and 1 today. At 110 still heard nothing. Tried to call them for an update and it rang 20 times no answer. At 120 I'm on hold with my warranty company to cancel this whole thing and I get a call from a random number. It's a hodges guy asking the same exact things as the woman asked the day before (what is happening, wheres the problem, etc). I explain I already sat here all morning waiting for them and now at 120 they want to call for information they should already have. Save yourself the headache and go with another company.
Great experience with Hodges. Donny and the team were prompt, polite and explained the steps to get our hot water back! Without a doubt I'd recommend Hodges to anyone that asked or needed plumbing services! Thanks Donny for getting us back up and running!
